Concept: Heart Alert is here to help when emergencies strike during marathons.

Heart Alert is a mobile and web application designed to monitor and alert emergency situations for marathon runners. It analyzes the runner's risk level in real-time using their heart rate as the main indicator, along with secondary factors. When a potential emergency is detected, the app sends real-time risk alerts to the event organizers via a web dashboard.

The system allows organizers to locate the runner, access their profile, and provide quick and informed first aid, improving emergency response and reducing critical incidents during the event. This app not only safeguards runners but also enhances the operational efficiency of marathon organizers.
